A massive college in London that was closed after the education cuts of 2010 has been occupied by a large group of students in retaliation against government cuts worldwide.
We have set up workshops, classes and cinemas and have full backing from the neighbours.
We will stay in the building until the council gives the college back to the local community.
The City of Westminster College are trying to evict us.
If you are looking for a platform for any arts project or anti-cuts groups you would like to promote or are just interested and would like to pop round for a look and a nice cup of tea, then come to Maida Vale City of Westminster College. We are having open day’s on the 7th, 8th and 9th of June.
If you have any ideas or would like to get involved please ring
Bring a friend, bring a musical instrument, bring a paint brush, bring some inspiration!
This college has been liberated for everyone!

The Education Activist Network is unequivocal in its support for occupations and strikes to defend education. Our solidarity is with those fighting back. The occupiers of the Anti-Cuts College show that the fight for education isn’t over.
