EAN committee elections at teach-in

Dear EAN supporter,
With more than 350 people registered for the teach-in at King’s College London so far, the Education Activist Network’s New College of Resistance is set to be the biggest one day event of the education movement this academic year.
It will give students, researches and university staff a chance to debate the attacks that we face and how our movement responds to these. It is in that same spirit that we want to again involve various different people in the political and practical work of the network over the coming months.
For that reason, we are calling on students, researchers and university staff to put themselves forward for the national steering committee.
This committee will help us to learn from and coordinate the various experiences of staff and students across the country as part of building resistance to education cuts.
It be elected through a ballot on the day of the conference.
If you are interested in putting yourself forward for the Education Activist Network steering committee please e-mail us at email@example.com
If you would like to stand for the committee please e-mail a shorted description of yourself and why you are standing (50-100 words) to firstname.lastname@example.org
The deadline for putting yourself forward for the committee is Friday 5pm
